A serious eye for Kentucky waters. NiceDr Wilk's 30 inch-12lb walleye caught below Wolf Creek Dam on 12-30-09.Been trying to post pic for several days, but seem to be computer dumb lately. Thanks to Rick Hise for his help. http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/j...eyepicture.jpg
Let's see...at $16.50 dollars per inch times 30" or so...that would make that fish worth at least $500.00 dollars to turn it into wall art...which is EXACTLY what I would have done with that walleye.
Nice fish!
myself I'd rather stick a fork in it!
You will be spending that much this spring for your 7 + lber on Dale.
A man of your ecomomic stature doesn't worry about a paltry $ 500 taxidermy bill. You spend that much every week on fine cigars and spirits! Not to mention the upkeep on your 6 girl friends. Don't forget to share with your favorite fishing buddy!
You've been breathing in those boat gas fumes again ain't ya?
Just for the heck of it I looked it up...and according to the Ky Fishing and Boating guide the Kentucky State record Walleye was 21 pounds, 8 ounces, caught out of Lake Cumberland back in October of 1958...I was thinking Lake Cumberland is where the states trophy eye came from.
