They have to win it all to see if this tactic worked for them. After watching the pre game show I can see that this was a huge decision that will be discussed for the rest of the NFL's life.
If they win it all the little sentence spoken after the congrats will be "yeah but they were so good why didn't they try for the undefeated season?" from there the mudslinging will commence....I still say it's too bad they folded. Teams get next to no opportunities to do this and players want to be the best. The politics of the game get in the way....

Peyton Manning commands a game as good as anybody I have ever seen. That man is just flat out GOOD!

Did anyone else notice last night when they were trying for a touchdown in the redzone , and had to settle for a kick , the last one. Peyton said " G$%D@m%#t Dallas , then Peyton ran for it himself. I found this kinda funny that he is actually vocal during that time he is looking to pass the ball. We just normally do not get to hear it.

Guess I have to eat my words on this one. The first couple drives I thought the Colts looked rusty, but they got over that quick! And based on what I'm seeing in this Chargers/Jets game, I'm thinking they're going to the Super Bowl.
