mine was a 7.8LBS largemouth at green river lake in april and i got a 4LB smallmouth at the same lake same month. but i could not tell you how many 4 and 5 pounders where cought between me and gery this year. it was one of the better fishing year i have had. man green is on fire you just need to know where and how to fish it. if you dont know you wont catch em.

2009 wasn't the best year for me, didn't get out as much as I would have liked (boatless). This year (with a boat) I hope to break into the double digits once. Sounds like we might need to make a trip down to Guntersville to do it, that place sounds like hog heaven! Is early spring the best time down there (march/april)?

I noticed there were a few more tournaments scheduled on Green in 2010 than usual. Glad I aint fishin there against the local guys this year.
