    I'll spool my reel reguraly...when i'm done spooling i tie a barrell swivel to the end of my line and put the other end of the barrell swivel in a vice......i then stretch out as much line as i think i'll be casting and reel it back to the swivel....the rotation of the barrell swivel will allow your twists to get out of your line

    EXACTLY, I keep a swivel nailed and just tie my line on it stretch it out and give it a few good pulls - thus stretching the line - works everytime
