Above is true unless the non owner admits to fault and accepts the ticket. It is up to the officer at that time to give it to the other fella, however if he does not admit to fault than guess who gets the ticket. That's right the guy who is already paying the boat payment, insurance, gas, oil etc. Sometimes friends cost you more than they are worth...........
