Just did a "self review" of my personal health (weight) as it relates to my eating habits....... Things need to change and LOOKS LIKE FISHING IS THE ANSWER....THERE IS A GOD!!!!

Looking at the Atkins and South Beach Diets, and leaning toward the South Beach plan. GOOD NEWS...FISH = "GOOD LEAN PROTEIN" & "GOOD FAT"..., now that's my kind of diet!!!!, plus fish are loaded with Omega-3 fat (good stuff).

So, now I need to adjust my fishing schedule to include more "crappie, bluegill, striper and walleye; as for you Smallmouth and Green Fish, I didn't check your Omega-3 nutrition level, nor do I plan to..still C&R for you guys .
