I've noticed the same thing from time to time. Must be a site issue or something -- maybe it doesn't update accurately????? I have no idea, but I do know what you're talking about.

Anyone help me with the Time Stamps on fellow posters responses. I watch religeously sometimes and the times of some responses just don't jive with me......which time zone is this based on?

There is a place in your (our) personal folder for this site (User CP in the grey line above) where you should set the time for the time zone that you live in and/or want to show up on your posts. Go to USER CP, then down the left side to EDIT OPTIONS, when that comes up scroll towards the bottom and there will be a drop-down menu to select your time zone.
Some people may have not set their time zone correctly or may have never set it at all, thus you see some out of sinc times when they posts.

I imagine that there are times when I post that dont make sense. Why? because I dont know how to change the time, and it dosn't matter to me that much. It is currently 12:09 PM on my puter. Hey this is informative, there are a lot of good postings on this board, so much knowledge to be gained , gleaned, or forgotten. Know what happens when you have stored too knowledge in your head, you start making ear wax!
I noticed the same thing last week. I checked my settings and they are set correctly, and the posting times are still not adding up.
Test post just wanting to see what time comes up on mine. it is now 12:24 am
Bassfreak, what time zone are you in? Eastern should be GMT minus 5 hours. When I checked following Grumpy's map....Mine was set to some time in India.
