I heard Reagan speak about two years before he ran for President and we were in bad shape because of Carter and 18% interest rate (where we are heading now). He was a great motivational speaker his entire subject was how great America is and we can over come this mess. I actually got goose bumps during his speech.
They talk about Obama being a great orator but do you ever listen to his speeches and feel uplifted? Do you ever remember Reagan blaming everything on the previous administration? No because he knew what he was getting into and had a plan on fixing it and instilling a positive can do attitude and common sense directions to the American public which is what we need today.
