Net bait finness worms are the best worms for this I have used. I like green pumpkin candy. Plus Mega Strike makes a Shake2 jig head you should look up. I have caught plenty of fish on it, no giants but have caught plenty of keepers...Its my second favorite thing to throw... I have two rods set up with different weights and worms, I always throw 8lb. test though. Good luck.
