I must have hit it too late last year then. I think we didn't get there till May for our first '09 trip. I had caughten a 10lb hybrid the year before in May '08, plus several in the 5-6 lb range, right below the concrete walls.... so we tried again in May '09....no luck! Sounds like we need to get up there a little earlier this spring and give it a try. It is like combat fishing up on those walls.....a million lines and a million tangles! Then when somebody hooks up...all lines out fast! lol! That is why I like fishing below the walls, right were the water comes out from the shute...you had a little room to play the fish IMO. Maybe we'll see you up there this spring. Thanks!
