That would be great! Thanks! Wish you guys luck! Have you been down there before during that time of year? I heard that March is awesome down there, that is why we booked it for March 15-18....but with the unusually cold winter we are having, I'm worried it might still be too cold....what do you think?

The biggest problem now for them is high and muddy. I was down there last Feb. and did well on pre-spawn flats in 44 deg. water. The nasty weather doesn't bother those fish at all but the mud and high water is a bad combo. I'm going down in a couple weeks and will let you know how it goes.

That is what I heard, high and muddy is tough down there. Good luck down there and thanks for offering a report when you get back, appreciate it!

Don't know where you'll be on the lake but try to get a cheeseburger at Goosepond snack bar. And if you need any tackle theres always the Waterfront grocery. I think most of the guides hang out there early mornings and you may be able to pick up some good information.......

I personally have never been their but my buddy has been down their quite a few times. I am not too worried about the weather. I have been keepin tabs on the weather down their and it usually stay at least ten degrees warmer that up here.
