Hope this doesn't violate any rules of the board but just wanted to put it out there that our bass club has a few openings for boats who are interested in fishing a club on Patoka that is competitive but also low maintenance. We are a small club, limited to 15 boats, that fishes in a team format (no draw) and we fish Patoka throughout the season. We have a great bunch of guys and we are drama-free which is great. There are no meetings, no elected officials, and we don't send dues to any other organizations. We just show up and fish and congratulate whoever wins on a given week. We have an unwritten rule that jerks need not apply which keeps us all humble. We have anglers who have fished for years and others who are newer to bass fishing but we have a good time and you can learn alot along the way.
