Good to see you posting again. As always, enjoyed reading about your SM fishing expeditions on the Hollow. Sounds like your spirits are up. Got me fired up also and now I've got to get back down there ASAP. Stopped in at the ONE-STOP on Monday and reloaded the FNF tackle box. Lake Cumberland is trashed with all manor or wood as a result of all the recent rains and the lake being up 20 foot above target (all the crap on the shore is now in the lake). Makes it a real DARE DEVIL ride if you want to run anywhere on the lake. OK, enough of that.

Know you are facing a very important surgery in about a week. As I'm sure you know, all of your fishing.com (as well as smalljaws.com) brothers will be thinking of you and your family. Gods speed to you and the family.

Pretty much a beginner at all types of smallmouth fishing......and only been to dale a handfull of times. I look forward to reading your post, and gettin all the advice i can get. And i will be prayin while your in sugery.

Elnut, so glad to hear you're posting again. Really like your posts on Smallies. Good luck with your surgery & hurry up & get well so we'll have some interesting posts for a change. Oh the story in Bassmaster was awsome & very inspiring. You definitley deserve to be there Buddy.
