I don't care much for sports but from what I can tell I'd say Pitino has lost some of his passion or fire that he used to have. Either this or he's burnt out on the lack of game his players have been bringing to the court. Heck they're all grown men (the players), they know or should know how to play ball, Pitino can't play for them. Of course his personal issues are probably taking there toll on him too.
