Here's another loop knot. This one's not as easy to tie as the surgeon's loop, but it allows maximum movement to a lure. http://www.flyfishlouisiana.com/nonslip_loop_knot.htm

That's the knot I use on my streamers....as well as on my jerkbaits and crankbaits. Good knot that allows lots of extra movement!
