Of course I had, but it took me about two hours on the phone before I finally convinced the right person of that, and they cut me a check. In December I replaced another phone (different number, same account) and again, this one came with a $50 mail-in rebate. This time they sent me a check for $20. When I called they immediately apologized, citing some "system error," and said they'd send me the rest. I told them I think that's BS (I didn't use the abbreviation), and I think it wasn't any kind of error at all, but rather Sprint is intentionally sending out smaller checks than people are entitled to, in the hopes that they'll just cash it and not complain.
I'm stuck with Sprint for two more years, but after that, I'll probably change carriers.
