We were talking about this at work here the other day, Officiating this year has been totally horrible I completely agree with you. It's inconsistent, Biased at times and just plain bad sometimes. Guys not in position to make the calls then just guessing at it.

I'll never understand why possesion of the ball isn't reviewable either.............What, that would be like the number one thing that should be reviewable???????????????????

You were talking about Wall carrying the ball. Had the officials been really calling that like they should he could learn not to do it. His problem will be trying to adjust to a crew the does..Kinda like not setting a broken bone, over time you'll have to rebreak it to straighten it out. We don't need that come tourney time.

I've noticed the officiating seems to be really bad for opposing teams playing in West Virginia's gym. Louisville and then Villanova got hosed about as bad a couple weeks later.....

There is something to that. Bobby Huggins and those fans intimidate the tar out of those officials.

Alot of Louisville fans had to quit going to the football games in Morgantown due to the redneck fan base. Older folks were almost getting beat up in the bathrooms and stuff, seriously I know some actual real horror stories from out there. Bottles thrown at people's heads and all kinds of stuff. West Virginia has some ROUGH fans at best.

Talking about the UK players retaliating to having things thrown at them....wouldnt you? Twice when i was playing high school ball we had things thrown at us and once were escorted to our bus by police officers....its hard not to say something to the people who are hurling cans,bottles,quarters,etc. at you.....did anybody see the game where the assistant coach got hit in the face with a quarter....coulda easily put an eye out...people dont realize how serious and stupid doing those things are....and as for the officiating, as much as i dislike the cards, they have gotten the shaft a couple times this year....but as anybody who has ever officiated a game of any sorts knows...its a lot harder to do than it looks
