Have I Missed Something?

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. was on CNN this morning debating about the proposed nuclear power plant that Obama is planning for the state of Georgia. His voice sounded like that of someone who has had a stroke or voice box problems. Does anyone on this board know why his voice has changed so drastically?

Thanks for the info. I suspected it might by some type of dystonia but thought it might have been caused from throat cancer. Gosh, he has a rough road ahead of him.
