Prayers needed.....

Most importantly is that my son is 6 and he played last year Upward Basketball wiash a kid whose Dad passed away last night and I ask that everyone pray for him. Sad to hear that a Dad and Husband has passed way and left a loving family with a small 6 year old son like my own. Pray for his family and that they be given peace and happiness as much as can be expected under the circumstances.

I am leaving for the Hospital in an hour an making a few last post. If he does the big daddy, which is what I want, there is a real chance of me not making it off the table. Not posting this for any additional sympathy but just stating the facts. I appreciate everyone on this site and have learned a bunch as well as have given a bunch. Thanks for all the calls from the fellas on the site and other sites as well and even got a call from Al Lindner, yes that Al Lindner of In Fisherman and Angling Edge, to wish me well. Pray for his family as well for his wife just had open heart surgery. 3sons came down and is asleep in the guest bedroom and will be going with us over as well as Redneckshadrap meeting us plus many family members. Overall had a great experience on the site, a little bumpy at times but great in the least.

Updated as of 11:45am.....They're putting in mesh now..No reversal...They did a dilation instead. They'll leave the feeding tube in for now.

Judging from this comment it sounds like Elnut is/was in as good of spirits about everything as he could be...actually that was pretty dag gone funny!

I don't understand the full scope of your surgery but reading what you wrote about it you've made it sound pretty dag gone serious. You'll be back though. Good luck, hang tough and we'll see you in a few days.
