I remember when Roland Martin shot that show In Mexico with those helicopter lures, BAHAWAHABA. People started ordering those things like crazy for awhile. I can honestly say I was not one of them, lol.

Here's what is even more amazing. With water temps in the low to mid 40's, that all those guys caught fish on something besides the fnf?? I'm sorry Lord for that one, lol.

Too bad you can't buy stock in specific lures right after the tournament.

The next tournament you could short sell on the Red Eye Shads and make a killing because everyone wants the next winning lure.

The winning colors were,From the bottom up.... white, light blue, and yellow...and the other...im pretty sure it was gray with some black and a little red...both with red eyes...I already own and like the first one ,even before he won.

Shoot! I just bought two Plano tackle boxes full of red eye shad of every color and size and a dozen KVD Quantum rods stowed in my new Nitro KVD boat hauled by my new Toyota Tundra KVD model truck (gas pedals and brakes optional, as on all Toyotas!). You mean, y'all didn't?!?!

Or maybe some flying lures or Banjo Minnows...
Alright, small confession,,, I never bought a helicopter lure but did own one someone gave me at the boat show one year. (never caught fish on it). I have though caught fish on flying lures and banjo minnows...

What about those lures in the magazines that are said to be banned from tournaments because they catch too many fish.. something like 40-4 catch ration to ordinary lures..Yall think those would be as good as KVD's Red Eye Shad?
