Shoot! I just bought two Plano tackle boxes full of red eye shad of every color and size and a dozen KVD Quantum rods stowed in my new Nitro KVD boat hauled by my new Toyota Tundra KVD model truck (gas pedals and brakes optional, as on all Toyotas!). You mean, y'all didn't?!?!

Or maybe some flying lures or Banjo Minnows...
Alright, small confession,,, I never bought a helicopter lure but did own one someone gave me at the boat show one year. (never caught fish on it). I have though caught fish on flying lures and banjo minnows...

What about those lures in the magazines that are said to be banned from tournaments because they catch too many fish.. something like 40-4 catch ration to ordinary lures..Yall think those would be as good as KVD's Red Eye Shad?

My wife says most of these lures are made to just catch fisherman.

Anytime I go to BPS it's kind of like Christmas day or being a kid in a candy shop and I want to buy everything. Everytime I go to BPS my wife is happy; she says I guess that means she can get a new top or new jewelry.

You can figure; I don't go to BPS that often.

Case in point, once I took her to the one in atlantawhile "just browsing" I bought a new cast net, whats that for she asked, its to catch shad for bait "oh" she said. Later while browsing, I picked several packages of those very good looking plastic shad swim baits. She looked at me, looked at the net, looked at the shad imitations, and said I'm going to go to the car.

OMG That's exactly what mine does sometimes. I'll say dear I'm just gonna pick up a few things so don't freak about me spending too much. Her reply is always that's fine, just don't gripe at me when I go to Kohl's or Walmart. Then she ALWAYS says, how can you fish with all that anyway, don't you have enough yet??? I mean how mnay baits do you need to catch fish?

I usually leave my wife at the Pottery Barn and I go to BPS and drop by Dicks in case I missed something at BPS and then pick her up at the Pottery Barn. Talk about a kid in a candy store. My wife loves the Pottery Barn.

Soon be married 31 years, don't how how we managed that but I guess my wife is an angel. She just has never understood about fisherman and their equipment. Good things she is easy to get along with. Love her a lot.

My first wife is an angel, took her to Ely minnesota for our honeymoon, second wife also an angel, but she had this annoying habit of asking questions, and after awhile I knew I had to get my head candled.
