In my opinion I wouldnt waste my time going to Batesville. I used to love that lake and had some very good days both in numbers and size but not in the last 2 or 3 years. Lake seems to be a mudhole everytime Im there anymore. They have really started building houses around that lake and they are tearing alot of the cover in the coves and pockets out to make it a nicer view for the homeowners.
