There is such a law...the "actual" owner of buisnesses or home owners; have a right to protect their property in times of natural or man-made disasters. "The" owner has to give a clear verbal warning that lethal measures will be used upon them, if they don't stop.
There is only one law in the books that will allow you to use leathal force, without a warning...and that situation is if they are "illegally" transporting classified matterials pertaining to nuclear weapons / bio-weapons...or nuclear matterials itself..only then can you use the term...shoot first and ask questions later (this is true).
Case in point....does anybody remember the event called "Ruby Ridge"? It involved a guy by the name of Randy Weaver. Well Randy Weaver was found not guilty...mostly becouse the FBI didn't give a proper warning when entering his property..or before they shot his son (I think he was only 15 years old) out in the woods with his coon dogs; they ended up killing his wife...his 11 month old son (one shot killed both of them) and his son-in-law....there is much to this event...I've researched it well...also Read the book writin by Jerry Spence...(he is the best lawyer in the USA)...he also represented Randy Weaver vs United States (FBI)....Randy actualy was acquitted of all charges. The story is unreal, but fact!...One all Americans should read (From Freedom to Slavery buy Jerry Spence). To make a very long story short...it was the first time in American history...that a FBI director (or any law inforcement officer) gave an order to "shoot first". Much happened right before he gave this order, on the ground at the Weavers land...(but he was in a jet, 30,000 feet over the US, when he gave this edict to his commanders). Anyway...just good info from US history...one they want put in any history books that is for sure.
