I work on a Dell latitude every day. I have worked on Panasonic tough book, HP's, Itronix and let me tell you.. IBM is the best hands down!! I am a little biased because my brother is a computer engineer for them, but the customer service is great. You can also buy a good refurbished one for half the price of a new one and still get the customer service that goes along with it.
