Ohio River @ Evansville`

Anyone fished the river in the last couple of days??? Wondering about the temp and current. Thanks

78-80 degree river temps. Fish were not hitting on any bait in open water. However close to barges the fishing appeared to be great early, as the day progressed nothing no bites, and a horribly fast debris filled current. Fish were very active though. Bank fishing appeared good in pigeon creek, no luck on waterfront. will post update going fishing tomorrow.
