yeah we have been doing well in there ,today I heard it had slowed down ,there has probably 300 female sauger hauled out of there since last Friday !!And they all have eggs in them ,so figure it out ,the numbers of future years are probably being affected.
Of course folks have been catch sauger in the river for years and the Ohio River is considered to be one of the best fisheries for sauger in the world .
I would have to say that now there are allot more people that fish for them .It used to be a small group of river rats and since they have built the Falls Musuem the number of anglers has greatly increased .Somedays you can count over 100 folks on the bank ! Never used to see that many .
