My Dad is having bypass surgery tuesday. This is the first time he's been in the hospital since he was 7. He's always been in good shape, doesnt smoke, and eats pretty good, so we were shocked to find out he had to have emergency surgery. He went in last week after my mom finally begged him into having his chest pains checked out, and good thing he did. Two arteries 70% blocked and one 100% blocked. They wouldve done the surgery immediately but they have to wait for "Plavix" to get out of his system because it keeps blood from clotting and it makes surgery impossible.

Please say a prayer that all goes well. He's a pastor, so his church is praying and many others, but I know some of you guys will pray as well. He's the best man I know and we need him around.
