Farm ponds and fly rods

Not a better combination this time of year IMO. Went yesterday and caught some crappie on a Clouser minnow. My friend who owns the pond decided to put his spinning rod down and try my fly rod. He never did get the casting down, but he did manage to catch his first fish on the fly rod. Here are a couple of photos.
