I didn't see the otter on the Licking River. They were in a creek in Montgomery County but I have seen them in Maysville fishing the Ohio River. They will be like the beaver before long, everywhere!

Fished my home waters on Elkhorn this weekend and saw 2 of them varmits,one was as big as my black lab.They aren't anything but fish eating machines that don't follow creel limits.As far as I'm concerned they are the worst thing ever introduced to any body of water and should be eliminated.They would make good turtlebait.
