How is the largemouth and smallmouth bite at green river? Water temps?

Temps are starting to creep up but the bite still seems to be really tough....Two tournaments this past weekend and I dont think there were 20 fish weighed in total...when the water starts to warm up a little further down and stabilizes the bite should really pick up
