Sinus problems??

Folks I tried this nettie pot thing for two days now and I'm so much better! Prolly 90% better!
I had to share this with you because if I would have tried this years ago I would have saved myself alot of problems through the years.
I actually got the nasal rinse which is more of a squeeze bottle but OMG this is AWESOME.

I have way more energy today and I really thinks it's from using this thing and it's only been two days. Usually Spring is TOUGH for me even with prescription meds and over the counter stuff.
Life changing is a great description. I feel like I found a secret that needs to be shared!

Don, I just watched an instructional video online, pretty basic really. How long does the results last before you are stopped up again? My right nostril is plugged up right now as we speak, lol.

About 20 minutes after you rinse bend forward at the waist with a tissue ready so the remaining solution can drain. I'm telling ya man I can sit here and breath out of my nose like I don't remember. The swollen nasal cavities are gone and that violent sneezing is gone!

I have only done it three times so far...morning(7am) and evening (7pm). I did it this morning and if yesterday is any indication I should be good all day. If your really jacked up it might take a few more times than me but heck man I hope it works for ya brother cause it's unreal!

Prolly so. I did Walmart for about $15 I think. I would try and get the one that requires you to squeeze I think it's better based upon what I have read.

Drink lots of water. Lots. that wil help your sinusus drain. If your "P" is yellow you need to drink water (that simple). Had a doctor wanting to do $12000 worth of surgery on my sinusus. Went to another doctor and he told me to drink more water. Fixed it. Used to get sinus infection once every 2 months.Gallon a day would b be good-5 glasses probably enough. good luck. I'll try one of those pot things too.

My boss is always talking about and how great they are. I stopped by Walmart after the fish fry tonight and got one. It worked great. I am just waiting for the next 20 minutes to see what else comes out.
