Herrington/ Millers launch ramp?

Can you still put in at Miller's down in the river at herrington, and is there a charge too put in? Thanks for any help!

Was up in the river this past Thur, and you can not us that ramp: Millers, Bryants is right around the corner and is usable, 6 dollar launch fee. water was 51 degrees and the river was way down. I got just past the water falls and that was it.
