last week I was throwing a small rapala jointed shad rap. You can get em
at walmart for about 6.99. Also had shad hooked on it. shad Matched the lure almost perfectly. Caught 1 nice size kentucky. was only on the water 2 hours. was in a shallow rocky cove. Good Luck!
