Patoka crappies today

Finally got on the water. Found fish right away very shallow. Brought 37 home(Two poeple). Had them early and just fished C & R and caught around 200. Most were 9 to 11 inches with a couple pushing 12. All caught on jigs under a bobber 1 to 2 feet deep. Black and Chartruese. Water temps around 48.

Great job.. I envy you guys who know how to fish. I stayed in the deep water and had very little sucess. Tried looking for shad but couldn't find them. Which end of the lake were you on?

Try up in Lick Fork or in the river - thats where I am going this weekend.
