I'm trying something different this year. Growing taters in a box. I started 2 boxes that should give me 'bout 200 lb of taters. We put up 175 qts of tomatoes and 75 qts. of green beans last summer. I also made 35 pounds of sauerkraut and 120 qts of pickles. My beets didn't do good last year but I'll double up on them this year. I make my own hot sauce too, so I'll be puting in some tabasco peppers. I'm also gonna brine pickle my pickles this year.



), and I think I'm going to try and grow some spinach this year. And my garlic, planted last November, shot up at least an inch or so in just the past week!
