Has anyone been to Barren. I waswondering about the temp and water color. I knowrain is coming this weekend but might be up there. Was wondering if anyone had actual honest good advice on what fish was doing. Still learning late winter and early spring patters and what to throw. This should be a good time but still getting use to it.

not sure what the largemouths are doing, heard they're hitting crankbaits shallow. trolled this afternoon, landed 3 good hybrids in 45 min. on #5 shadraps. smallest was 3 lbs.

hit up skaggs, got a few more good ones today in the 3-5 pound range. can't figure them out, just looked for poppin shad around channel drops.
