Alright, any last tips before we head to G-Ville next Mon.?

I can't believe it is finally here.......G-Ville! I've been waiting for this trip for a long time so I am beyond PUMPED!!! I've already gotten a few good tips from some of you all (thanks), just wanted to open it up to anyone that has ANY information about G-Ville that may help two G-Ville virgins catch some fish! Thanks in advance and I will be sure to give a full, detailed report when we get back! Wish us luck!

There is going to be a BIG BASS SPLASH Tournament this weekend out of Goose Pond. This is a real good area this time of the year Traps and mid depth Crankbaits Good Luck and Tight Lines with a 7 or 9 pounder on it.

There is going to be a BIG BASS SPLASH Tournament this weekend out of Goose Pond. This is a real good area this time of the year Traps and mid depth Crankbaits Good Luck and Tight Lines with a 7 or 9 pounder on it.

We will be going the 23-25th, so we should miss that tournament. I have heard good things about the Goose Pond area and definitely plan on hitting it. Thanks for the response and can't wait to catch a 7 or 9 pounder! Heck, I'll be happy with a 5 or 6, as long as they are accompanied by several 3-4's!

Throw the trap around back side of the last island in entering south salty, the channel swings up against it, I always catch fish there!

When you are on plane stay in the channel and watch for stumps - lots of skinny water that can cost you a lower unit if you aren't careful!

Thanks for the warning.......everyone has warned us of this, so we plan on being extra careful, even if it takes us a little longer to get somewhere...we plan on slowing it down and paying attention. Thanks for the well wishes and we sure hope to catch some of those G-Ville PIGS!!!
