I might need both kidneys before this tourney is over...LOL!!!!
I can't believe that guard broke his foot for West Va...I remember when Kenya Martin broke his foot in the Conference tourney for huggins(?) talk about a jinx from the past....
SEC has two left
Big East has two left
We'll see what happens..........
I still say from top to bottom the SEC was a bit down this year look at it team for team and see if you don't agree???
That foot deal was a bad break for West Virginia, really hurt their chances tremendously.
As long as the ACC doesn't bring it home I'll be satisfied....

Horrible break for West Virginia who was going to have a VERY difficult game with Washington who loves to get up and down the court before their point guard goes down. W Va was a 5 point favorite before and are a 1 point favorite now. Be tought for W Va to run and gun with Washington without their point guard and it would not suprise me if the Mountaineers go down.
UK - Lock for the final four, out goes 1 Big East team
TN - with what is left, has a very good chance to make the final four
Syracuse will have 2 very tough games in Butler and then most likely Kansas State and has the absolute toughest road to get to the final four (I think Kansas State gets there)
I will take the SEC in the 2 versus 2 left battle to see which teams go farther.
The SEC was down this year no doubt. TN loses its top scorer to suspension and still manages to beat Kansas and UK in the regular season but got drilled by 30 by UK in the SEC Tourney. Vandy was decent, Florida should have not gotten in the tourney but Miss St should have been in. The entire West was down overall and the best teams were by far in the East part of the SEC. That being said, a down year in the SEC and there are 2 teams left but a GREAT year in the Big Least - sorry Big East, and they have 2 teams left, go figure. To me that says something, Louisville, Georgetown, Villanova, and Pittsburgh were all favorites in the games they lost (2 of them were double digit favorites by the way). How good is the Big East afterall?
Woodrow are you ever drinking the Ky Koolaid. So what you are saying is, if Kansas and Northern Iowa played 10 games, Kansas would not when 7 to 8 of them, please. It's a one elimination tournament, if somebody has a bad game and another team plays lights out guess what, the better team can go home. It has nothing to do with talent, it's a one game team performance. Kentucky got torched by ONE little 5 foot 9 inch guard, by the name of Downey. Can it happen again, sure it can. If Kentucky gets beat by Cornell, does that mean they have superior talent to UK, LOL.
Evan Turner is better than John Wall, everybody knows it.
Bledsoe number 14 pick first round projection, please show me where you read that one??

Don't know if this works or not, ESPN, NBA, Draft Index, Chad Ford's top 100
I don't make this stuff up. Wall number 1, Turner, number 2, With the Net drafting #1 most likely unless they lose the lottery, Wall will be the top choice. If another team wins it with an established young point guard then my guess is Turner will be the top pick but Wall won't drop far. All of these MOCK Drafts don't take into consideration of Team needs. They rank the best player period. They change like the wind for when I posted earlier this morning Aldrich was rated 20 and Henry was not on the scale from kansas. Now Aldrich is 6 and Henry is like 13 or close. Either way, team needs are not considered just the best players and Wall has been at the top of the board ALL YEAR LONG. Cousins was not rated early but it did not take long for him to pass Patterson and Bledsoe was not ranked at all until mid season.

Yes Turner does carry a much larger load than does Wall, hence the bigger numbers he puts up....Put Wall on the Buckeyes and he puts up bigger numbers than he does now...and Woody you say if a team with an established young point guard wins the lottery....Have you seen Devin Harris play....He's a do it all, established young point guard, a little injury prone yes, but a helluva player...So i wouldnt be surprised if they took Evan Turner to play the 2 guard with the first pick.....not because he's more talented but because he fills a severe void they have....
Heres something for you guys to think about....Lebron James was at a UK game earlier this season watching Wall and the Cats.....Here's a scary thought for ya....How about a backcourt of John Wall and Lebron James in New Jersey next season....Put them with Brooke Lopez in the middle and anybody else you want and they instantly become one of the top teams in the NBA and a lotta fun to watch
