I don't have Library tax but I do pay a Transit Authority tax on my boat registration. That was voted in so that all of us who own homes and have toys can pay for the local bus service that can't seem to maintain there vehicles so they passed this tax on us wealthy folks.
Wonder how many of us tax payers actually use that service? I bet it wouldn't cost as much to maintain if they used smaller buses since I usually see about 5 people on those things and it looks like it would how 10 times that much.
