681 and change on the level. Water murky to very stained in most places with some creeks clearing nicely. Water temps still cold for this time of year by Cumberland standards. Some creeks warming to low 50's during sunny days but upper 40's being the norm on most of the lake. Bite starting to show signs of picking up some but still very slow overall for this time of year. This is the reports I've been getting from my people.
If we could keep the lake stable with no major influx of rain and some low 50's on main lake and mid 50's in the creeks it's gonna get started. We need some warm nights and more sun.
Indian Creek Report 3-19 through 3-21
Temps in the feeder creeks in the low 50's
Temps in Indian Creek in the mid 50's
The backs of the feeder creeks look like black coffee, while the main creek is murky green.
I caught several keepers and a few stripers casting crank baits. The bite has definitely picked up and I've seen lots of schools of stripers actively feeding, though the stripers are small.

Trick Daddy was your keepers all brown fish and did you try the spinnerbait any at all. Thanks for the report. Glad to hear that water temp in Indian that's a little higher than I've been hearing, great news.
Got 1 keeper smallie.
I didn't spend much time on the spinnerbait, never caught a fish on it.
