Same thing with a teammate of his that played at W.V. I think and he had to sit out the first 20 some games so we'll have to see how it plays out. I've read that there is no way he won't have to sit a few games from a few different places.

If he does have to sit to start the season that would be 2 years in a row that UK has had to sit a player to start the season because some eligibility rule was broken.
