yea...it was the best sack of bass I'd ever seen in person!! We had 20+ pounds that day,...5-fish limit...called the wife...friends..father...they all showed up at the weigh-in to see us take first place right, ...thought for sure we had it in the bag;....only to come in 7th place!?!?! We had all largemouths....we were blown away with the sacks of smallmouths that came in that day. Wind was blowing 30mph...cold...spiting rain all day...The weekend before (3rd weekend in March 2007)...it took 19 pounds to win a BFL...so after we had around 20+ pounds the week after...thought it was a done deal...WRONG.
