We are doing trusses for some Folks and their Pool House today. This pool house is 1200 plus square feet with a fire place and other off the wall ammenities. Get this, the cornish and facia wood work on this building is so fancy and extensive and such a high grade of materials it's almost 80 thousand dollars worth. Not the finish substraight materials, just the Eave details and columns and trim.
I'm thinking this family isn't feeling the recession crunch as much as the rest of us, what do you think, lol????
This house wasnt off wolfpen branch was it?
Didn't I hear a few months or more ago that the recession was actually over?
(I'm sure that was from a strictly economic sense, though, and the ramifications of the recession are still being felt).
Mark,
Is this guy a politician? Last name Dodd that gets sweet deals from Mortgage companies? Last name could be Reid, Obama, Frank, Pelosi or old naked in the shower boy...Emmanual?![]()
They might not have a pot to piss in otherwise..........
If it's >30 minute wait for a table of two at Red Lobster on a weekend evening, we're not in a recession............
Oh ok. I dont know if youve ever seen that big house on that pond right there just north of I-71 and the Snyder but these people are the type of people that would have the work you mention done on their pool house.
Ive been over to that house a few times to hang out with their daughter and let me tell you, when a pool house is bigger then most starter homes and there are more bathrooms in the basement then your average home, youre doing something right!
Exactly.
Look at how much money the Box Office takes in on movies every weekend.
Or how much money people spend on their cable TV bills every month.
I know I spend less now since I have cut out several options.
My cable TV, phone, and computer are bundled and I pay only $187 per month. I have high speed internet and unlimited nationwide long distance calling at no additional cost. I think that is a great deal.
We have been blessed and the recession hasn't affected us other than, like everyone else, we pay more for groceries and gasoline. We have always lived below our means and I think I've done a good job at managing our piggy bank. I will never be guilty of spending money "just for show." We don't know the Joneses so we don't try to keep up with them. lol
Or it could be Mark (email young boys) Foley or Larry (meet me in an airport bathroom)Craig.......LOL.....
