Took the boat out for the first time today. Put in about 10:45am and it started right up. Parking lot was busy. Water had great color for my preferences. Water temp was 56.6 the whole time I was there. I pulled out about 1pm. Anyway I caught six hybrids, one bass, and one huge bluegill. All fish were on windy, I mean windy flats doing a yo yo with a red eyed shad. Very first fish I caught was a 4# hybrid, I thought I had a nice bass but it was nice to get tugged on anyway. Next time it will be all fishing and not checking on the boat. If I have an open back seat I will give more notice.
