This one is easy. Ofcourse its a white 1/4 oz. 2 inch twister tail jig. I've caught trout, bass, walleye, large crappie, and even channel catfish with it.

OK, I'll come out and say it. I am amazed by the number of favorite baits that I have never heard of, and even more amazed by the number of favorites that I would NEVER even tie on. Funny how one man's trash is another mans treasure!
