Flippin Deck Custom Insert/Extension

Does anyone know who/where in KY makes a deck extension insert for bass boats? If not does anyone have instructions on how to make one? Thanks!

I think, { onemorecast56, Doug Meyers } does the casting deck extensions. I could be wrong, but send him a pm to find out for sure. hope this helps.
