We caught a few bass last weekend above Walls - late afternoon surface temp were low 60's then.
The fish we caught were all 1-5 deep - but had just come up and were overall very pale - none had bloody tails.
We spent over an hour in a good spawning cove and did not see one bed - but saw more sunning turtles in there than I ever remember before . . . IMO water needs to warm up some before they kick into full spawn mode at Patoka.
