Dix River

Curious if anyone knew if the white bass were running at the dix yet. Any help would be appreciated!

Fished the Dix and the KY Saturday. Both were dead. Some were crappie fishing and others bass fishing but no luck as what I could tell. Must be the cold weather we have be getting.

Thanks Bonefish. Maybe this week of warmer stuff will help. Only fish that river in the spring when the whites start running but it's a bit of a drive and didnt want to go down too early this year.

As far as the headwaters of Herrington, the water is way down due to the Electric Company pulling lake to inspect the dam. The whites and hybrids have been biting in mid-lake better than the upper lake areas. I think the low water has killed the white run this year.
