trolling motor troubles

i was trolling across the lake yesterday and it just quit. My batterys are good and my plug is in tight. I checked for a blown fuse but there was none. I took my prop off and i had line in it but i took it out and it still dont work. So idk any ideas? Thanks

Where did you check for a blown fuse? It sounds like an inline circuit breaker type fuse has tripped and needs reset. It is normally mounted in the battery compartment close to your trolling motor battery. Trace your trolling motor cables from the battery and it will take you to it. Push it in to reset.

i have a lowe stinger 160. is the breaker in the back next to the batterys you think

Ya it should be close to the trolling motor battery. When your trolling for a long distance on high they can blow. It doesn't mean you have a problem with your trolling motor. It may be that the breaker fuse is getting weak and it may need replaced.
