Ain't been on the board lately, too busy working and fishing. I hope everybody's groovy out there.

First full week back at work after a few days fishing down at Guntersville last week. Class C RV camped with my partner and some of my family at Goose Pond.

Fished by day and drank beer/ate with my folks and a bunch from Georgia camped next to us. (Stirred em up pretty good first night when I hollered Roll Tide at them as I drove by from taking the sled out of the water.) Them boys poured into our camp raising hell before I even got parked. What great people, we had a dang ball.

The bass fishing was absolutely sick. Three over 5 Thursday, Two over 6 Friday, Club T Sat and Sun virtually every team weighed a limit. My partner and I were culling after an hour both days. Almost 34lbs won it...big fish 6.81lbs.

In 4 days fishing I caught and released over 100 quality bass...some of the best fishing for size/numbers ever. Sunday when I left to head home tears rolled down my cheeks, but they felt pretty good on the sunburn.

Good to hear you had a good time...check that... great time! I have never made it down there to fish but one day I'll give it a shot.
